Crooked Creek Ranch is owned and operated by Young Life. Young Life purchased close to a 1000 acre section of Murphy Cattle Ranch in 1994.  Crooked Creek opened for its first summer of camps in 1999.  Since then Crooked Creek has welcomed thousands of kids, leaders, volunteers and guests.
